Lovely range and very helpful when choosing your products but after that poor customer service. I have been waiting for 3 weeks on my (very straightforward) order while they said it would take 1.5 weeks. Have called them 3 times asking about the status and they promise to call back but they never do.

The staff are so friendly, amazing accessories to customize your lighting requirements. I would suggest anyone looking to super customize their house cables.

These guys took my deposit and one month's rental in 2021 in the promise of securing a booth for my small business in their creative hub. It's 2023 now and they refuse to pay back my money. Always come with excuses about difficulty setting up a repayment. My small business closed due to investment in this, and they just lack the decency to pay me back money which they probably make in an hour. It's disappointing how a big business can step on someone just trying to build something for themselves. No response to emails or phone calls now, and I am made to feel unreasonable for asking for my money back for something they did not deliver. This is just plain bullying of a black female because they can easily pay what they owe me. The world has become a better place were humans are humans creative cables. Keep up!Update: Rudi Franz who is the cofounder of creative cables is the one who roped me in and refuses to pay my money back. I have called multiple times, I have emailed multiple times and he keeps making excuses.

What a great range of fabric cables and lights. One of its kind. I have never seen such an assortment and the quality and service is impeccable.Would def give them a visit and recommend them to all my family and friends, they have a real passion for what they do.

I had been waiting since December for my lights (I had half the order)Eventually Rudi came and brought the rest of the order. That was in March. The switches were not on the lights so Rudi said I must just screw the light bulb in and out to turn my lights on. He said he would be back the next week with the switches. It's almost July and still nothing, even though I have repeatedly requested he see to this issue. In the meantime my one lamp shade is cracked from constantly turning the bulb on and off.

Rudi and este are two of the most amazing people I have ever met, it shows in their attitude towards life and this truely comes out in their new shop. Truely dedicated to what they do, they make you feel welcome, comfortable and part of the family. The shop has everything you will every need combined with a thorough background of information for each item. They are professional and I would highly recommend them.

Thrilled to bits with our new lights! Not only are they gorgeous, I am so impressed with how far my budget could stretch with imported lighting. Este was marvellous and efficient in helping me design our bespoke feature lighting, and Rudi was super efficient and professional with the install! We will be back!
