Hisense Cape Town Service Centre

1 star because there is no option for no stars. Your customer service is a joke, non-existant. 9 days, 16 emails, countless calls and I still do not even have an appointment for a technician to fix my 3yr old washing machine. I will never buy Hisense again and advise others not to as well. The appliances are not wonderful either. Grudge purchase for sure.

Never ever again will i buy any Hisense product. Never. The service is honestly so shocking, i am lost for words. Paid for fridge door and was promised they will delivery Friday, Friday come and go,...nothing...and i still wait. No response, send email, phoned...nothing...NEVER again.

After promising to call me back after 10 min re the tv which they said was un repairable after only 3 years whereby documents were left there as proof of purchase no one called back. I have made 18 calls with no one answering and find this service mind boggling and why they still allowed by the company to operate with such bad customer service is shocking.Never will the brand Hisense enter my door again.

Our TV was collected for repair last week and Tuesday, and i messaged the person who collected it, he tells me that it will only be ready on Thursday , that’s unacceptable for two weeks what are they doing to the TV when the technical person says it’s only a faulty panel not impressed at all

I have gone through two fridges in 2 days with Hisense. The staff number 1 are horrific at Makro, there is always an excuse why they cannot help me.13th Jan I bought a fridge, HS690ss-idl that the door did not close properly. After back and forth with Makro someone came to collect the fridge. There was no stock of this fridge at any of the Tafelburgs, Hirschs ect. So I had no choice but to upgrade my fridge to the black mirror one that is more expensive. 2000 more. But they could only deliver my fridge the next day.All my food went bad, 3000 down the drain.Makro could not help me with any delivery today the 14th of Jan, so I had to hire a trailer and personally go and collect the fridge. After letting it sit for 4 hours I turned it on and the following issues started- water not dispensing from thr spout.- Led light in freezer not turning on- ice machine not working- display flickeringThe is now fridge two that cost 2000 more.I called Makro who again said they cannot help me. So I told them tomorrow I will come and collect a new fridge, and some people to help me put the fridge in my house. Then see if fridge 3 works. Then at my own expense deliver the broken fridge back to Makro.I am so frustrated by the defective products from Hisense. I have no other way to turn now because it looks like no one actually cares that the fridge is not workingI would appreciate if there is someone that can actually help

Truly disappointed, their guarantee means nothing as they refuse to repair the tv, even with credit return now one has to fork out more cash to buy another tv, I'm done with Hisense.

Friendly and helpful, part had to be ordered from JHB, drop off tv on Monday. Was repaired and ready by Friday. They do warranty and after warranty repairs. Definitely recommend

There should be a zero score option because their service is non existent! They are useless. No ETA for a part, then they send the wrong part, then they completely ignore us. Then you simply don't answer the phone. I will NEVER buy another Hisense product, NEVER

Worst products ever. Wasted my money on phone that did not even work for a month. I should have known from the start how poor the products are when the sales person seemed very reluctant to sell the product.Save your money and do not buy any Hisense products.
