Lovely course flat. Air was thin today start of 7am in summer and cool temperatures. People are friendly. This course can be done with a pram as it has mostly flat pushable terrain. Definitely 1 to do with the fam. Safe parking and course.

Lovely park run, well organised, friendly people, very nice to be there. Course is a dirt track that runs through veld and then pine forests and has a fair amount of shade on it. Bit of uphill and downhill but very gentle. Is completely within the grounds of the Vryheid Golf Course so is very safe. Starts at the north east corner of the golf course at 7am in the summer and 8am in the winter.
