Seated Queen Florals

After accidentally missing my order through a third party service (Bloomable), I got in touch with Seated Queen Florals who I saw as the florist creating my order after checking my invoice on my Bloomable account. I was messaged straight away via WhatsApp at around 6pm on a Sunday! (I'm in the UK so sending flowers in SA can be tricky sometimes!) after apologising profusely and sending me some beautiful photos of the arrangement she delivered my order after dark to my mum so she could get her Mother's Day flowers on the day, along with some complimentary chocolates and a balloon. The customer service was wonderful, ready to do all they can to help their customers. I will be ordering direct through them next time! Thank you again!

Wow what a service, I decided to give Seated Queen Florals a try today for a last minute flower request. Within an hour the flowers were ready with communication throughout and delivery was an option (I wanted to collect). Amazing, I will definitely be using Taps again!
