Couldn't buy at Sheet Street with MRP card, phoned HQ myself, no answer, in SS phoned TWICE no answer, went to MRP and phoned from there, STILL no answer. Bought the items at MRP on the card but not exactly what I wanted. NONE of the personnel were able to advise re online purchases or transferring stock from SS to MRP. It is neither the personnel nor the customer's fault the HQ does not employ enough people to be able to answer phones, yet they suffer because of it. Want to go again but are hesitant because of this. Fair warning to others.
