BarbaraIt is the second time our family had a bad experience with you. We have had longhaired daschunds our entire life and absolutely adore them. It will be the last time we try and do business with you.The first experience you were utterly rude to my brother and his girlfriend. He asked you an innocent question about your puppies and the way they are bred and you were so rude to him and took it very personally, how dare he question you?The second time was with myself and Tiaan. We messaged you, enquiring about your chocolate/cream female litter. We sent photos of our baby, Micah and arranged to come view the puppies on Saturday. We also arranged we will pay the R12000 upfront on the day. This morning, you messaged us, saying sorry, you sold the puppies to someone else. We were excited about our new puppy and planned our entire Saturday around driving through to you.You replied that a deposit holds a puppy, people paid upfront, what can you do? You could have phoned us, saying that our arrangement of paying R12000 on the day isn't suitable for you anymore, ask us if we can pay the deposit/full amount immediately to secure our puppy, as we had this arrangement in place before you sold the puppies to someone else.We are really disappointed and upset in the way you do business.If you dare send her a message like above, she blocks you on Whatsapp.

Adopted our new baby, Gimli, last week and we are in love. All the dogs were well cared for and loved. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and answered all my questions patiently.
