1. Gave them a spare gearbox to fix my own. Had to buy one from them at inflated price and got my own boxes back in two buckets.2. My spare wheel went missing. Explanation: Things get stolen around here.3. Still waiting for my invoice after 3 months.4. Made the mistake of telling them its not urgent. Job took 3 months.5. Used mechanic recommended by them for service. Had to take vehicle to specialist to rectify the mistakes.5. First trip vehicle broke down and had to be towed to Paarl from Stanford.

I bought a second hand gearbox with a 6 month warranty. it was a lot cheaper than anyone in my hometown George. I received incredibly patient after sales service over the phone. it is still going strong 2 years later and the Bakkie works incredibly hard. I just bought a Diff also for the same Isuzu Bakkie. it is again R 1000 cheaper than any other second hand gearbox in the garden route. plus it has a 6 month warranty.it arrived in Mosselbay one day after I did the transfer.I highly recommend them.Jaco TerblancheSaligna Timber Yard
