My experience with All About was dismall the past few months. They seem to have no control what so ever over their accounts. They would take double premiums, when the previous month was paid by EFT. They took a double premium evm after I gave notice of intent to cancel at the end of the month. I particularly wasn't impressed with the annual renewal process. I replied that I wasn't happy with my premium, and would like a new quote. This gent ignored the emails, and just kept pressing for the renewal. Pathetic.

Incompetent on all levels, lazy staff, doesn't respond to emails, promises to phone you back but never hear from them again afterwards,Putting through a claim and even trying to get a cancellation was ridiculously slow and unprofessional.
