Horrible.The internet is constantly going offline and iclix doesn't work after hours to sort it out. They'll only try to fix it if it's from 8am to 5pm. One time I had no internet for more than a week.The internet is also very slow. I'm not getting the speeds that I'm paying for. I'm paying for 15Mbps, but every time I do a speedtest, I get around 2Mbps-8Mbps.They're also very expensive for slow speeds. I'm paying R1800 per month for 15Mbps uncapped.With the initial installation, they couldn't get the router setup and working either. So they left the first day without finishing the installation. We then had to setup the router ourselves and managed to get it to work.I would not recommend iclix to anyone unless they're the only provider available in the area.

Quick to respond before sale/installation. Not so much after. After sales service should be looked at. Sending 12 messages over the span of 8 days to multiple contact points with no response is unacceptable.
