I would definitely not recommend Woody City to anyone. Received the world's worst service from Terry and Brent. I waited for a month and didn't receive one follow-up call from after repeatedly calling them and talking to them in person. At that stage I took my business elsewhere. This is the worst service I have received from any company in any industry to date. Tony Douglas-Jones if you're reading this please contact me. You should know what's being done to tarnish your reputation.

I definitely wont recommend Wood City PE to any one. My order was placed on the 12th of August already and I am still fighting with them to deliver. I was promised different dates for delivery already and still waiting for delivery. First excuse was that the Sales Person did not put the order through to the machine but he will push it through for the next day. Was promised another delivery date after I had to phone and enquire. Was promised that they will phone me back twice already and both times I had to phone back and then you still get a cocky person on the other side. They all lack customer service. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he is not at his desk. You definitively need to teach your staff to treat customers better.

The worst service in all of Port Elizabeth. Companies like wood city together with their incompetent employees are a disgrace to the friendly city.I had to take wood which was purchased from them to their competitors to have cut. Something that took less than 2 minutes at Woody's port Elizabeth took over a month at wood city.Their management team are totally worthless, and to date have never returned any of our calls.Stay away from wood city port Elizabeth.

I've had to wait almost 2 months to get my wood and when delivery finally took place my material was not fully delivered, the doors and tops were not delivered and there was no explanation or written note to explain why the material is short. The next day I called Terry the salesman and he promised to look into it and give me feedback which he never did. I had to call them several times and that did not help, I then took time off from work to sort out the mess and two days later the tops were delivered. I am still waiting on them to deliver the doors. The level of customer services that I received is beyond poor and shocking at the same time! I will never buy from them again or recommend this store to anyone I know. I actually regret ever dealing with them.

I have ordered wood in January 2018. had to wait 2 months for a few pieces of wood. They called me to tell me my order was ready, on collection it was only half of my wood, they had lost the other half and no one knew where it was. I then called and asked them to speak to the owner and ask him if he would deliver the other half to make up for their blunder. He so politely told me that they did me a favour by cutting my wood for me. As they don't normally cut off cuts. If he made the effort of pulling up my file he would notice that I have redone my whole kitchen with his wood that I ordered from them and not off cuts. Even if it was a misunderstanding he could have handled it better and sort the mess out. They couldn't even just apologize and drop the remaining wood. Too much effort. I will never use them again as I don't like the way I was treated, the service was shocking. The only person that made an effort to help me was Christo at sales. He went to the back and found my wood that they had misplaced. I hope he gets a pat on the back for sorting out the problem. Iwill never buy here again.
