I've been here for almost 6 months and I can't wait to move out. The place can get loud and very uncomfortable. You can hear a lot that's happening in the apartment next to yours or the unit above. There was a time I called management because I was working from home and unit above mine was making a lot of noise, Anton said people have to make sacrifices because there will always be renovations. There was no notice sent, security went to speak to the guys and they didn't even bother to come and explain or give me a duration as to how long the renovations would take. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The safety is also a concern, tenants can just enter without having to prove that they live there, meaning strangers can also do the same.

Poor noise control, noise is a big concern here. Please step up it can be frustrating. Smokers don't observe signs. Smoking on the stairways is an annoying habit & causes health hazards to others.

Safe secure... quiet and a beautiful view of the Melville Kopies

One of the better estates to be in with nice maintained grass everywhere and some nice fields to play some sport. Like most estates it does a great job in making the visitor feel safe and secure. One day I look forward to moving into one of these estates. Keep it up

Nice Residencial complex with parking although I'm quite concerned about the security..... Its weak

The pool area closes at 5pm which and we are not allowed make noise in our unit which doesn’t make sense at all,the would like to start a partition for the pool to close at 10pm.also it is very difficult to get hold of the management.we tried several times to get hold of the management with no luck,hence most unit are empty

Firstly, your guards in Westside Ridge complex in Westdene are very rude and deeply horrible. Secondly, is there any reason why you only hire foreign nationals as security guards? I think many South Africans who need the job will treat us with kindness and respect. Thirdly, the response to security issues is terrible, as there is no proper communication between the guards and the management. All in all, I am very disappointed with your company and would not recommend it to anyone.

Noisiest neighbours ever, horrible, rude security
