Purchased multiple items via them and dealt with multiple people over the past few months and I am always pleasantly surprised by their knowledge and service.I returned what was 2x right handed gloves (instead of a pair) to them and didn't have my slip with me and they comfortably accepted the return and processed an easy swap out no questions asked. Then proceeded to hand off free advice on the tools previously purchased.They were also able to source rare parts for my old generator in the past and offer easy over the counter service kits at a cost effective rate.

Did service on my diesel generator. Told me battery is flat, upon test run it started with original battery. When I received it back the LED screen not working anymore. 2months later diesel is leaking when running..

Had to buy a part for my electric lawn mower and was doubtful about availability. No problem part was available. Highly impressed with the products on display, wide variety and a very neat and tidy shop. Highly recommended.

The man working behind the counter was extremely rude! Felt as if he was doing me a huge favour by selling me his products. Barely answered the questions I had with single syllable answers. I will never return to this shop and certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

Took my lawnmower to check the starting on it…. They replaced some chain, which according to them was due, although the nachine was there in September 2022….. then there was nothing of the sort.Machinec still do not start, and over and above….they woukd have refunded R175 on collection/ delivery costs…. Since 01/03…… nothing yet. Terrible service I would think.
