I asked Felix and the team to do a full valet on my other half's 2010 BMW X3. To focus on the cream leather interior especially. It took me nearly a year to get it set up and they needed the car for a day - but man are we happy! The car looks like it is new. Great job. Highly recommend. PS - the year was me, not them ;-)

My car went in with some stubborn tree sap on my roof and bonnet and it was looking ratchet, got it back and it’s looking fantastic! Really great service, have had a few bad experiences with other car washes in the area. Definitely will make Cream my go to from now on.

I would highly recommend this car wash, the team is very thorough and professional. They went through the effort of showing me exactly what their polish could do with a quick demonstration. The car also smelt fantastic and I can't imagine finding anyone else that would do a better job.

I had an amazing experience taking my car in for a wash today. The staff are extremely friendly and informative. I was dropped of at the café and fetched when my car was done, what great unexpected service from the team!! I highly recommend this car wash and will definitely be back. Absolutely wonderful.

I took my car here recently for a wash and the manager misplaced my keys. He wasn't sure whether he had given them to another staff member who went to fetch the golf cart for their business or what occurred to them. Eventually he and other staff members were digging in the bins for them. I called the owner and complained and he apologized for my experience. I don't expect an out of world experience but to misplace someone's keys and not have a clue where it is when that is what your business is about, is a problem!
