Staff left in the middle of transaction for leave. Struggling 3 days 12 emails and 5 phone calls further help me nothing. I can't get my own money. Worst bank in the world.

Pathetic service.2 staff members at the costumer service counters. With people standing all the way to the door. Making clients wait for more than 30 minutes just to send them up and down. Staff decide to take lunch at 11:30. & when a complaint was given about waiting for this long the staff tells you yiu haven't even been here this longs! I even have time to right a review because the absa branch takes their sweet time.

I am sitting for an hour already just to collect a garage card, and still waiting. Service needs attention, make one service point just for card collections like some of the other banks and man all the service points, only three out of five operational this morning

I would like to thank Mr. Godfrey the manager, Ms. Keke Sejake the Teller and Mr. Lucky the security guard for saving my life today whilst I was awaiting to be assisted in line. I am a diabetic patient and they responded with such prompt and haste to get me in tip top shape health wise.

Went to the bank today 01/06/20211) There was no security at the entrance to make sure any entering the premisses to sanitize.2) The security of the Absa bank came to take my temp and touch the unit on my neck to take my temp reading. That is unacceptable. How many people has he checked like that? I do not feel safecoming to this bank.

Services at enquiries are extremly poor. Long queues with only 3 consultants to assist of which one was not functional.

Absa vaal mall really , you make your banks smaller to tell us we need to bank outside with tellers , but how if only 1 is working off the 3 , how do you think that so many customers must be help with 3 tellers and the only 1 working , just like the anc .

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES, I had to activate my Credit Card. I stood in the line for 1h30min then when I finally got to an assistant she had no idea what to do, she called absa to find out what to do... she waited +-30 minutes on the phone before someone could help her. still no help, 30 minutes later she told me sorry she can't help me I have to come back later.I stood in a longer line in standard bank Customer services and 5 minutes the lady helped me.Very poor service ABSA!

Terrible ABSA branch for various reasons:1st off, none of the staff could be bothered to greet you, or even be friendly in any way whatsoever. So from when you walk in you already feel like they are doing you a huge favour to help you!Then there is the lack of effective service and communication; my wife went to change her phone number, stood in the que for a long time, only to be told that The System is Down"... Brilliant. Now the system could go down without warning

Slowest customer service ever. ABSA has 5 tellers and ive never seen 5 staff using them. Its weekend and there are about 50 people waiting only 3 staff. It takes 1 staff member about 20min to help one person. In the hour and a half we are waiting 1 teller has only assisted 3 people. And like magic offline just before they close at 11 on saturday.
