Dream Cakes

I was very disappointed with my daughters cake and cake pops. Visually the cake looks really good and i will take my hat off to that but the taste was terrible.We asked for the bottom tier to be chocolate on the inside and white on the upper tier. she got that wrong. the cake tasted like cheap cake mix. Where the sponge lacked i was hoping for the cream mix in between to carry it and was equally disappointed.When you watch cake boss, the art is in the cream mix and if your sponge lets you down the cream carries the cake.Cake can be improved and so can customer service, my wife has to constantly chasing after her order. you need to be more energetic and customer centric on the phone not sound like you are doing us a favour. if you are not good on the phone, find someone because this has to be improved. A birthday is a special time and you need to make it special as well with your quality and attitude towards customers.My wife said we will never use you again and use our regular lady in the east but I mentioned if you dont give feedback, how will you grow.take this negative feedback and let every future person who buys from say, i don't know what i am talking. Be the positve change!.or don't and continue to get messages like this.i wish you good change and well.

The best service and the tastiest cakes.We ordered Peppa pig and superheroes cake for our twins and wow they duplicated the cakes as they are and the taste for lemon and vanilla sponge was so delicious. The cakes were fresh. We will order from dream cakes again in the future, highly recommended.

I was very disappointed with the cake and cupcakes that I ordered.Visually the cake looked good however the taste was terrible.We had asked for a rainbow bottom tier, which only had 3 colours. The sponge was hard and smelt like food colouring.The top tier was mocha coffee and there was no coffee taste whatsoever.The instructions for design and flavour that I had sent was not taken into consideration and i was told the message was missed. I really would not have had a problem if the cupcakes tasted better however they were overbaked and not moist. Honestly i could have done a better job.I do understand thats I ordered a cake during busy season and this may have been the cause however i prefer a tasty cake over a cake that visually looks nice.Money just went to waste, guests didnt even eat it.
