This manager, older white male is the most rude person ever.talk to us with his back turned to us and refuses delivery under R5000 order.that is ridiculous. Will never support your business

If i send my staff to get parts from you and 2 of your staff members give the person the wrong wrong parts after they specified small basin pop up plug and you send me a bath pop up you make your business look bad as well as my business because i cannot finish my job on time and my customers get upset with me !!! Not only do i look bad but the extra driving to exchange parts puts my costs to do quoted job up higher and indirectly you are taking money out of my pocket !!! So if people ask you for parts just make sure you give them the right stuff
