These people are bloody incompetent along with their system

Please remove it from Google that it is still operating because apparently the postnet from Dobsonville mall is no longer at service....waste of transportation fee nje nx

The Man assisting people inside is very friendly and hands on...these other staff if u call in for assistance they hung up or act as if they can't hear u, bad phone call business.

I am writing to you to file a complaint/review about the service that I was treated to in your establishment. The two ladies you have working there show total disregard to customer requests and generally treat customers with impunity. The only time I receive good service is when the manager/owner is available to oversee operations.(short and dark gentleman that wears spectacles) Today they refused to assist with sending a package to a sister Postnet around Randfontein. According to them there's no Postnet in Randfontein. I know for a fact that there's a Postnet at The Village Square Shopping Mall next to the Standard Bank and Old Mutual in Randfontein.
