The goods: The staff are friendly, booking is easy over whatsapp and the premises is kept neat and clean. The bads: your experience seems to depend on which member of staff you get treated by. My first time was great, it was comfortable and the lady was friendly and professional. But I had a bad experience going back the second time. The lady who took care of me applied and ripped the wax in multiple directions over and over again, and now my skin has ripped in large, inflamed spots across both my legs.

The lady did a terrible job, I was not waxed properly and I asked her not to use stripped wax on my legs I bruise easily. Its been a week and Im still bruised.
