EVObikes WOW! I was struggling to get certain parts locally for my MTB brakes, contacted a supplier whom does not supply to the public and they got Janos from EVObikes to contact me directly. Janos was able to source everything that I was looking for and his response time is impeccable I mean he responded at 22h00 to assist with all queries I had. I would recommend EVObikes any day!!!!

I have made online orders from Evobikes on a couple of occasions and have never had a bad experience! Competitive prices, good variety, clear communication and fast delivery.On a single occasion an item ordered was out of stock, but they informed me of when they expect to get stock and asked if I would like to wait or request a refund. I decided to wait until they get stock again and it was shipped the moment they got it. I didn't even have to follow up!Based on consistent good service, I definitely recommend doing business with Evobikes.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough! After I put in a last minute order for some cadence sensors before flying overseas on Monday, Janos and his family PERSONALLY DROVE over forty minutes to my house on Saturday to deliver them so that I'd have them on time for my trip. Thank you so, so much Evobikes!

What could have turned out to be a great customer experience and repeat business turned sour. I made a stock enquiry with Evo Bikes online and confirmed by telephone for a crankset. Stock confirmed available and at their JHB warehouse. I requested for stock to be reserved and dispatched to CPT. Asking if payment upfront is required, I was told it was not necessary. Followed up the following week to confirm delivery. Was advised it would arrive later in the afternoon and they would let me know as soon as it does. Next day followed up again, told stock was not delivered and offered a more expensive alternative. I advised this was outside of my budget. Queried if the delivery was still pending and or if the item was even in stock anymore. Received no response. Returned to online portal to see the item was now listed out of stock. So despite my efforts to confirm stock, reserve the item, offering to pay upfront and following up several times. I've basically been ignored. Better customer care and communication helps manage client expectations. I have since taken my business to CWC and will not return to Evo Bikes. Thank you for wasting my time Evo Bikes.
