We actually leased a vehicle from SA Motor Lease on a Rent to Buy option some years ago. I never knew they had their own in-house car service centre. I booked the vehicle in online, received the quote and was able to quickly approve and sign off the repairs to be done all online. Amazing system, friendly and trustworthy car repair centre - amazing value for money. Well worth sharing and taking your car there.

Very poor service : you book for services ( uber ) a car you get it after days or after a week and they still want their weekly installments, employees are very rude and disrespectful need training on how to talk to people

Brought in my car small for a repair. Arrived at the workshop at 07:30am and was told that there was something else hugely wrong with the car that they needed to fix right away as it is unsafe to drive. A quote was sent and approved with provisions from SAML. After waiting for about 5 hours, the Mechanic mentioned that another part was now required. I need to wait for the part to be ordered and delivered before the vehicle can be worked on further. Another quote will be pending approval. I am very frustrated that there were no managers on sight to assist me and the workshop supervisor is extremely rude. I have been using pace for approximately 4 years and I am always disappointed at their terrible service. It's definitely not a place to get your car serviced.

Sent my car in to their workshop for an oil service and to replace my brakes. While it was there, they informed me that they have a dent and scratch department. It took just two days and the car came back looking like it was brand new. The brakes would have been close to R20,000 for new pads and discs back and front for my BMW, it was only R8,000 at this workshop.

Fantastic atmosphere, staff and culture.. they passionate and hands on! Keep it up guys
