Honestly, the best place to take your sneakers! they make sure that your sneakers look fresh out of the box all over again. I thought my shoes were ruined (due to the mud stains on my canvas shoes), but sneaker shack came to the rescue & saved them within 2 days. They are honest with their customers with what package the sneaker requires. Highly recommend.

I came to get my shoes cleaned here as soon as I got home from America. I specifically told them not to scrub my shoes because it will ruin them and they did. Almost a year later and every time I look at my sneakers I want to cry. I can't even get these shoes in South Africa. Terrible service and the fact that you could even give me back my shoes the way you did. YUCK

Horrendous service! No communication!Paid for a pickup delivery on the 16th of October. Waited for 3 days with no communication from The Sneaker Shack and the driver.Asked for my refund and I still haven't received it.It has been 21 days and counting chasing my refund.

I took my brand new(not even 2 weeks old) white Supergas to this branch to be cleaned. They weren’t even that dirty, they’re brand new. They have come back yellow. Obviously the wrong products were used as Supergas WILL go yellow if not cleaning properly. I am so unbelievably disappointed. Once they turn yellow you cannot get them white again. Not sure how this could be rectified without going to buy a brand new pair. I will not be using your services again.

Very professional and friendly staff, prices are not too expensive.They update you on how far in the process they are. Shoes were cleaner than when I bought them.The company is on a varsity vibe which is so nice for students.Highly recommend.

Took 3 pairs of shoes - airmax 1 , new balance 550 and a low Jordan 1. We asked how they clean sued, they laughed. When we got the shoes back they were ruined.I could have done a better job myself. The Jordan 1 came back fine, however the other 2 are not in good condition and they are less than 1 month old.It’s frustrating that we spent more than R500 to get the shoes cleaned , instead they came back ruined.

I took my sneakers a week or two back for deep cleaning in return I got so disappointed and what's sad though is that I told the young brother at reception that I'm really hoping to come very cleaned sneakers. To my disappointment, I would have definitely done a much better job. The only thing that at least they tried was fix inside two sneakers , other than that on the outside, white parts are still looking dull, suede not restored , dyeing part was the worst .
