Selling damaged items as new. Manager and staff are rude and unhelpful. Second time i receive BAD service from this store! Customer service does not answer your emails if you complain.

There were about 6-7 agents behind the counter when I arrived 16 minutes ago.I'm literally sitting here & they are all just going on about whatever it is they are doing & ignoring customers.I just asked the guy busy behind the counter if anyone would assist us. And told me to just sit here & someone will attend to us when they are available...like what is your job???7 agents and no one is available to assist a customer?The worst part, the one lady agent strolled past us on her way out the door, & informs me that they no longer accept printers.This is after 6+ agents just looked at the box & ignored us & had us sit here for 16 minutes without any assistance.To the owner of the business, if you care anything about this establishment, you seriously need to check your workers.

I traveled 100km to go to and buy an Xbox, I also wanted controllers that I was told it’s R300, a certain guy came and told me the controller is actually R600 and he can give me 2 for R600 only to find out the other one is not working and the worst part it is not compatible to the Xbox I was buying, he was so rude and arrogant, he said I should take it and figure it out on my ownhe didn’t even look sober. I am so angry because if I didn’t stand my ground I could have paid an extra R300 for something I thought it was a bargain. I am so disappointed because even after calling the store to speak to a manager, a staff member protected him…I feel like I was almost scammed

They buy your item with their own price they prefer their own thinking.... they don't wanna listen to your facts.

Being searching for a laptop bag that said girly but not too girly and the staff here helped me find it.The way they pay attention to their customer needs its amazing

Pawn items with them then before I could collect we were transfered to Kzn. Contacted manager and after a arrangement and all my payments received they sell my items. Now telling me my contract expire, but they took my money even after my items were sold.

Poor service I got at the store, the employer should take the staff for customer service workshop because they don't know how to speak to customers.

I bought a music boombox at Cash Crusaders Brits on 24 December 2017. Got home, wrapped it as a Christmas present for my son. On Christmas day he opened the present but there was no power supply in the box. On 26 December 2017 I went back to Cash Crusaders Brits and enquired about a power supply. I was told that they don't have in stock, but that they will order from their HQ and have it in store by 05 January 2017. I have called on them numerous times, but I still don't have a power supply and my son cannot use his present? UPDATE: This is 17 January 2018 today......after numerous promises, still no power supply.

Always the music is so loud you can barely hear what there staff is telling you once you find the person whom is responsible for the area.
