My car had a deep scratch and it came back brand new. Also, they put in a polish that keeps my car shiny for a year. You should see it even without a wash. Amazing

My car broke down on the 4th, I initially wanted it towed to Bosch but they were closed at the time. The insurance and the tow truck driver suggested Flora Auto Clinic. Worst mistake I made was trusting my insurance. Poor communication from the outset. I'm always calling to enquire about the car. The quote I got was insanely high. I've opted to take my car and figure out a different plan. Now all I get is radio silence on when I can collect my car. Still waiting to get my car. My airtime wasted communicating with people who have no consideration for their customers. I will NEVER use their service again.

I'm not generally a 1 star person, but this place doesn't deserve 1 star. Car went to them through insurance, didn't have my car for over a week for a small issue that could have been fixed by any other mechanic in a few hours. Wrong quote then wanting me to pay a higher amount for their mistake and guess what. My car is driving worse than it ever has before. Now I have to take out more money to fix what they had broken... And don't think for a second that they will take any blame for anything, they will try their utmost to make sure that you, The PAYING CUSTOMER is in the wrong. My insurance company mustn't even dare to even suggest my car go there EVER again, I'd rather be without my car. Thank you.

If you are reading people's sad reviews here and you think of giving these guys a chance. DON'T!!! I did give them a chance and R11 000 later, i had to take my car elsewhere and pay more money for my car to be correctly fixed. We do not have money for us to be put in these situations.

My car was sent to Flora Auto Clinic after I had gotten into an accident. Once the approved panelbeaters received the letter from my insurance, I received weekly updates on the status of repairs. Although I had to wait for a while for the parts delivery I was happy with the service received and the workmanship on my car.

Flora Auto Clinic is a very big and beautiful place but the problem is all the insurance companies refer Jobs to them. My experience was that they handle too many claims and you as customer just become a number. Turn around time on my job was also very long

Where do I even begin! Took my car there and had to call them daily for updates, quotes and the likes. Two weeks later I’m told my car is ready. As I’m driving out of their premises engine light is back on. They “clear” and I’m told car is good to go. Thirty minutes later cat starts it’s issues again and when I call I’m told to take it to the car manufacturer coz there’s nothing they can do. That’s 7k later. Wish I had some of these reviews before I took my car there shem. Service was just poor

Terrible place.My car has been with them for over a week for alternator repair ,something that could be done in a few hours.No feedback unless you call and even when you do call ,they’ll say they’ll call you back with feedback and never do.Please take your car to a more reliable place

I have never experienced such dissatisfaction before when it comes to mechanical issues.The worse place to take a car for repairs. Waiting for a simple update for more than a week.The sad thing is that the car was taken only for assessment and to compare their quote with Toyota advised by a lady from first help.Insurances need to put in place conflict of interest policies and choose service providers that are not misleading their customers.Towi g companies need to tow and not be advisors taking customers where they can make profits or more gain against poor services.I amso busy that I am stuck now with this issue.
