Pavilion Hotel

Most of the staff members go the extra mile to be of help. From the gentleman by the door who greets you with a smile and helps with your luggage to most of the people working by the reception. They really made our stay more pleasurable, however there was one lady at reception whom I met on check-in who wasn't really the friendliest. I thought maybe it was just on that day because we all have one of those but then I met another guest a few days later who had a similar unpleasant experience with the same lady.Overall the hotel is good value for money and the location is great because you can walk to the beach. I definitely will be visiting it again with my family.

We celebrated a 21st birthday party at the Pavlion Hotel on the 01st of April 2023. The events co ordinator Jim, was extremely accommodating, his service was outstanding. The food was amazing, the bar service was great. The accommodation was 5 star. Highly recommend them for a function and accommodation.

The security guy at the door was friendly and helpful, the guys at the reception were also friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff some of them were rude. The guy at the bar is rude and impatient. We wanted an iron and we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for it. The room was very spacious and clean but the bathroom not so clean. The basin had toothpaste paste in it. Their food was not so great. But all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Sheets were not changed until we say so.Tea and coffee were not filled in time.Cups were not given until we asked for them.There were no glasses supplied for during water..The staff makes the loudest noises, especially in the morning shift. They call each other and have loud conversations when the shift starts. They wake the guest up. I loved the breakfast though. It was out of this world

The entrance always looks so well lit up. The staff at the front desk are so warm, professional, and helpful.The Pavilion hotel is ideal for meetings and functions. Perfect location... awesome vibe ... If u need a venue call them

Air-conditioning in room didn't work, had to be moved to another room, this room had many problems, shower head was loose, basin had no plug, only 1 bath towel for 2 adults, breakfast selection poor, food was cold no cereal selection. Service took just under an hour for 2 toasted sandwiches. Noise level of people congregating in parking area below the room was totally disturbing. The only highlight was the reception staff being friendly. Sadly I would look at other accommodation for Comdades Marathon in 2024.

I went there attending a wedding. Reception part was hear, I love the service, food was very tasty they know how to cook. The place is safe not busy outside

The entrance is clean and beautiful and the lift is working fine. No windows in the toilet. The doors are damaged and the breakfast is not nice. Can share one plug in a room. It has hairdryer. There's extra blanket in the room.

The hotel looks good,but the furniture in the rooms is too old.some of the pedestals are peeling off.they need to change the furniture. Noise from other rooms with kids was unbearable. Airconditioner in the rooms was not working.
