Worst customer service available. Customer service line just rings with nobody bothering to answer, or when they do, they hang up.Will advise overseas suppliers not to make use of their pathetic service.

My parcel arrived from supplier 2 weeks ago! I made payments as soon as they were given and sent proof of payment but haven't gotten a response. I have even asked my supplier to contact them and they have the nerve to say I'm unresponsive to their calls. In the past week we called more than 7 times with no response!!!! Very unprofessional. And today I'm still waiting for my package. I'm very disappointed in the service and will probably never use their service ever again. I just want my parcel and that's it.

I have been trying to track my parcel and when you call them there's no answer and when you send emails they don't respond!!! Disgusting service!!!

Pathetic service. do not use this unprofessional company. Dont answer email, dont answer phone, no communication whatsoever.Cant believe their doors are still open. Disgrace !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is there somebody we can phone that can help at TNT Elandsfontein because i just get alot of excuses from them.My parcel is out of customs last week and will be delivered this week. Then i phoned them again and all of a sudden its at customs again waiting to be cleared they just have a 1000 excuses and im tired of trying to get a straight answer from them.You don't get what you pay for

I would give a -100 star rating if I could!!!!! Worst service I have ever received! To anyone reading this, I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO USE TNT couriers, I have been struggling for over a month to get my shipment through customs, I only received feedback on my shipment after 2 weeks after I finally got hold of someone in their WAREHOUSE department! Now i need to pay penalty fees as well! They never answer when you call, their lead times on getting any response or feedback is ludicrous! This company is beyond useless

Have a parcel en route to me from China. Last week I receive a call from them for customs clearance. You would expect that they sent the invoice earlier. Yesterday I check the app and I find that my parcel is held awaiting for payment. Their statement: we have contacted the receiver.After I call them in the morning, I only receive invoice late in the afternoon. Proof of payment was sent to Pule and copied another person they requested.Today I go in the morning to the app, nothing is updated.Today I call in the morning. Tell them I made payment yesterday and sent proof of payment. Then the person on the line says: we’re awaiting for you to do payment. Perhaps they’re distracted watching Netflix while working from home.Second call, they transfer me to switchboard to speak to Pule. The answer. He’s working from home, perhaps send him an email. I’ve emailed him 3 times already with no response.Third call. Same story. After telling them I made payment and why wasn’t it reflecting on the system the person stated: were awaiting for you to make payment. Then they say they will transfer the call. Put me on hold for quite a while and then they pick up and immediately Hang up. I’ve had no communication from them whatsoever and still awaiting for my parcel that was due to be delivered by today.I don’t think the company could be that bad, but perhaps reconsider employee efficiency when they determine who they keep in their payrolls.

I have an item that arrived in September last year. It took them 6 months to get the item out of customs which until now has not been resolved. This has accumulated charges and penalties more than the item itself. Contacted them via email even taken up to the management, they do not reply. Unfortunately their service level is terrible. I will never use them again. If I could give them a negative figure I would.

This is the worse service I have ever received. For those people who gave a good review, I would like to have those contact numbers so I can maybe get a hold of them for better service. Have 2 boxes stock suppose to arrive from Spain on 30 November 2021. Now in middle January, stock at last ready to be delivered but I cannot get a invoice for the duties and taxes out of them. Nobody can help me, nobody answer their mails. It keep on showing on the tracking that they contacted, but this is not happening. Maybe their service in other countries is better, but unfortunately in South Africa it sucks.
