Friendly and tallented!

This is the most disgusting place I've ever been to. I arrived on time 12.15 I was left to wait for 20 minutes due to incompetence of wrong booking. Not one staff member had the decency to advise of the situation while I was sitting and waiting. Went for a pedicure and a massage and was it a nightmare!!! The one lady scrubbed my feet and only then she told me I was booked wrong.. Okay point taken...after she scrubbed my feet I was left again for another 20 minutes waiting on the other lady to do the french paint and the massage, again no communication as to why I'm waiting in a tiny little room for another 20 minutes. When I advised the lady I prefer a little length on my nail she asked if I'm then Nigerian (Disgusting comment)The bed on where the messaged was done had a loud squeecky sound. The massage was so painful that I had to go and see my doctor because my mussles had undergone so much strain.! I had to get an injection to relax my mussles because of this woman! No lavender under the bed to inhale, no soothing music. You can hear the people having conversation and laughing.. Gosh this place should not even exist!!I have been to top parlors and once that's not so fancy, but never have I experienced such unproffesionalism and distasteful service. I regularly go for massages so I know exactly what the set up should be like and this place is definitely a chop shop not a place to get your relaxation! My motivation for this place was because I wanted to support the smaller places, but as of today my mind set changed. The owner should either close their doors or send these ladies for proper training as they have no idea what they are doing.The lady didn't once stop and asked is this how you would like your peddy instead she was adamant that I should have the white line thick not listening to anything I'm asking... very bad customer service. No smile on their face..is there some place one can report this people so their doors can be closed down?They are a disgust to the industry.. They definitely in the wrong field.Don't ever ever ever go to this place please! Gloss up girl please close your doors or go for proper training!

Perfection always. I love this place, it feels like I’ve found my “forever nail salon”. My nails grew out after 3 weeks and there was no cracks or lifting. I’m thoroughly impressed.

Lovely ladies that gives the best pampering. Very professional and friendly and delicious complimentary capichinos. I highly recommend them.
