Big Bay Events

I totally recommend using Big Bay Events if you love open water swimming and are looking for some wonderful swimming adventures/events. The booking information and correspondence was superb, especially as I had many questions during my research back in the U.K. where I live. I did three events during my holiday - Around the Rocks, Island Escape and Langebaan Mad Dash. All provided the open water experiences that I was after. The team at Big Bay Events (you know who you are) made me feel so welcomed and without doubt made my holiday complete. Already booking my return holiday to South Africa in 2024, it goes without saying I will be booking as many swims as I can with Big Bay Events. Always doing a great job!

We always enjoy our visits to this area. Great selection of restaurants and quite safe, now that Law Enforcement has set up house close by.

Beautiful walk with most beautiful on the beach and view of city of cape Town and tableview mountain and sea life amazing.

Hard fun the whole time

Very nice centre with a lot of interresting shops and a fantastic view over the ocean.

Good place to have a party.

Badly organized event, very few swimmers and organizers too lazy to put up information for swimmers together. But swimming winning even if the event is horrible.

The beach at Eden on the Bay is a greay brach woth restaurants in close proximity. Water is cold, obviously and I worry about litter which was visible during our visit but it remains a fun day out in the sun
