SUPPPER DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STORE. I BOUGHT BALLOONS FOR ALMOST R600 ASKED VERY NICLY IF IT WOULD STILL BE FINE IN THE MORNING I WAS PROMISED THAT IT WILL BE, BUT THE SAME AFTERNOON I GOT THE BALLOONS IT WENT FLAT !!! SO DISAPPOINTED WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !

Phoned them 2 months ago asking about available costumes, they said they would phone me back. 2 months later still haven't received the call back on the information I needed. Then a week ago I sent them an email requesting information about their balloon arches, again didn't hear anything back. Really disappointed in the service, would not recommend to use them.

Was a lot bigger than we expected with a bigger variety of party themed accessories or costumes.Very helpful staff.Just wish they had bigger/better selection of candy etc.However, we will definitely support them when the need arises.
