I always use them , no effort is needed if you are using them , for example car wash shampoo, deegreser, mirror plate body polish , tyre shine etc. Shield company keep doing good work . Bought a tire repair kit at over a hundred rand just to find that the product is of a very poor quality, called the customer care numorous times just to get cut off. I were told they will call back but never received a call. I had to buy a kit from a street vendor for R20 to repair the leak. Not impressed with the service.

Although the their products are of supurb quality the customer service from their rep and sales manager were absolutely horrendous. I am a new business owner whom requested some details about their more spesializing auto detailing products. The attitude that Ive received was one of, No big Money, No business with us. Promises were made, lies were told to the management and still they have such an 'you are a nobody' attitude that they do not even tried from their side to solve the problem. I have offered them, free marketing of their brand, I was only requesting some samples to test the not so familiar products. Rep promised me even training in some of the products. He turned around and said Ive agreed to put in an order first. HOW does that make sense? To order without testing the products? Every time I had to contact them, email after email. Yes the Sales Director did try to set up a meeting, on my cost?, after numerous emails.At this stage I am fed up with them. I wouldve made a regular standing monthly order, but with actually insulting me without so many words, I am taking my business rather somewhere else.

A nice guys doing excellent job only a little delay in loading otherwise everything was fine the hospitality is excellent especially that the guards at the gate they know their job
