Extremely poor after sales service. Our blinds have been faulty since installation. We have contacted them several times to have it repaired however the owners Lauren and Dwayne refuse to return calls or respond to messages. We have said we will pay for the repairs but still no response and only empty promises from the staff to get back to us.Extremely disappointing service , do not recommend them at all.
