Poor service ReceiveRoll a glide is highly expensive R23000 paid for scrached and dented cheap doors with the cheapest PVC sealsThat left gaps For the price paid it is not worth and will not recommend Roll a glide. I ONLY WANTED RHE BEST NO MATTER THE COST1. Deposit was made without of 70% without any queries.2. 2x Garage doors was removed and NEW" garage doors inatalled!3. Plastic was not properly removed.4. There is a dent in the door and scratches

Worst company I have ever dealt with. From getting sworn at by Divan and told that he is going to come and f#@k me up when asking when they are going to install. They took 3 months to install after numerous promises, put a motor in with no battery and only fixed it 6 months later. 12 months after installation the door is about to fall off of the wall and when I make contact the response I get is: Sorry you didn't call us to oil your door after 6 months so as per our terms and conditions your guarantee has lapsed.

Excellent customer service and very professional.It's almost a year later and I had to service my door and Martin was very accommodating and helpful without the whole process. Would highly recommend.
