I have always had excellent service from Castlerock and from Julian Wilding in particular.I am seriously challenged when it comes to computor technology, would as I've said to friends, rather spend the day pulling weeds in the garden than 10/ 20 mins trying to download/ change something on my computer, iPad or cell phone for that matter - so my automatic go to" is Castlerock and they have never let me down - always very helpful

Very good service and quick and correct response in case of questions or problems. I found they go beyond the minimum required and expected service requirements to solve any problems. Downtime is absolutely minimal and software is up to date and maintained really well. Highly recommended!

These guys are some of the most attentive in the business. More than just their hardware and software sales, and their hosting services, their IT Support is a massive value add for us.They take on the (often frustrating) task of offering remote support to staff members in neighboring countries too and seem to be continuously attempting to better their customer service through innovative software and methods.
