I attended the Mindfulness Retreat under Quinton’s guidance and meditation sessions, and it exceeded my expectations by far! What a relaxing and soulful experience … it made me connect with myself, nature and God at a whole new level which is something I will always treasure. I have never met another human being with the healing abilities that Quinton offers – he amazes me with every session I have and senses exactly what I need on any specific day. Going to the mindfulness retreat was by far time well spent on my self care and development. Being an introvert, I found it easier to fit into the group which made the experience more enjoyable as Quinton is able to hold space for everyone to feel comfortable. What stood out for me was the soothing Sound Healing Journey and the guidance in Mindfulness Breathing meditations. I'm looking forward to sharing this experience with a loved one at the next retreat!
