Excellent repair to my running shoe. They patched a hole on the upper very neatly and I can't feel it at all.

I would give NO stars. The elderly man behind the counter is absolutely rude. He has no way of talking to customers. I ask him to cut a key for me and when I returned home and tried the key it would not go into the door. When I went back to tell him the key he cut for me was not working in the door, he told me that it was my fault and he was not intended. He didn't even lift his head up to talk to me. I asked for the managers number. And he gave me a fake number. I told him I will wait for the own to come so that we can see the video footage. He and 2 other gentlemen from the store then called the mall security to have me removed. I called my husband and he came to see what the problem was, the 3 men told my husband that they don't know what he is talking about. I think the customer services is shocking. And this needs to be brought to the owner attention.I have told everyone I know NOT to come here. Rather go the the Cobbler/key cutting shop at Musgrave centre.

We have used this establishment for a variety of services (shoe repair; bag repair ; remotes & locksmith )I am always happy with the service.

This little shop caught my eye, not many cobblers around anymore AND they cut keys too, you can't find anything better.Have you precious shoes repaired and have your keys cut, by a professional. Very friendly lady behind the counter.

Excellent honest service

WALK AWAY!!! One star is already an overrate. They ruined two pairs of shoes. Unable to admit they have no capacity to do the job, they will take it and mess up your shoes. Customer service is not better and they not only assume no responsibility but blame on the customer. Very bad manners.

The quality of food has dropped. The service was still excellent. But the toast wasn't nice and crispy and just in general was not the best spur meals we have had.
