These guys messed me around with my Australian application. They spent the good part of a year on my application and had a change in migration agents. When I was selected from EOI process, they relaised that I did not have the relevant work experience since i was in banking with a Chemical Engineering qualification.

What a lovely company with such pleasant people. I paid them to do a job search training for me, as luck would have it, a week later I managed to find a job. I immediately contacted them to explain that I would not require their services and that I would like a refund.. Took over 2 months for feedback on a application after constant follow ups. If you can do it yourself save your money as once you sign up and paid the contract fees customer service levels drop.
