Cutting Edge Tents

I was mistaken all those months ago. They claimed to have paid me back, but did not. Now they are acting shady and seem to have no intentions of paying me back :(

We are still waiting for our refund on the deposit that we paid back in March this year!! We have had no communication from the company, and are slightly concerned that they have no intentions on paying this back.

VERY UNRELIABLE WATCH OUT!!!From after the deposit was paid excuses started coming in. Later I got the idea that deposits are used to pay for previous jobs where the deposits has already been used.Well after long struggle they did deliver a tent - much smaller than ordered and wrong colour. For the past six months there were promises to correct the problem but no Action.We drove to the address given in Cape Town - the business is not there.Looks like one man show that makes use of sub-contractors to install the tents. You will never see the owner again - he never comes back because he knows what he is doing cannot be accounted for and he has no plan or intention to correct your problems. You just cannot get hold of this business - Fleeing Cape Town now, mostly in Johannesburg with the branch there? Watch out!!

We used cutting edge tents for our Afrikaburn 2019 tent, and there was a problem where they were not able to provide us the tent.The issue was handled extremely professionally and promptly by them, and they provided us with a full refund without any question.
