Terrible after sales service. We tried to get Prince to come and resolve an issue with plumbing he had installed in our guest bathroom. The shower would cause flooding every time someone used it. We needed this issue resolved especially because our house was on the market. We called and texted for over 3 months and Prince kept promising he would come out to fix the issue. I took time off work twice for these appointments. He never showed. We eventually gave up. Don't recommend this company at all.

Fantastic service! Had a pipe burst in the roof this morning . Plumber attended very promptly, diagnosed the problem, repaired, removed all the wet insulation and soaked up the water in roof space. Very polite and courteous. Great price, too. Highly recommend this service!

We can’t recommend the destiny plumbing highly enough .Prince expertise is evident in how they thought things through and their pipework is so neat that it’s a shame to box it in! We’re now enjoying a lovely warm home with no cold spots and plenty of hot water when we need it, thank you!

Destiny Plumbing came to our rescue! Our hot water system died late at night and after calling them this morning they got a plumber to my home within the hour and were able to do the replacement on our unit straight away. They were great with their pricing, very quick and cleaned up all of their mess afterwards!I definitely will be using them again in the future

I had a leaking pressure valve. Prince said that my geyser was a 600kva and my current pressure valve was 400, he would replace with a 600. It started leaking again with a few days later. I called him, he came out and after he left I could hear the water dripping in my roof. I messaged him with pictures and asked if he could come out as I was worried the ceiling would collapse.I called him, he turned his phone off.I got another plumber out at 9pm only to find out that Prince not only lied about the type of pressure valve he installed but the installation was a problem and if the geyser burst and ceiling caved, the insurance would not have paid because it was due to negligence.He blocked the outlet on the pressure valve, making the problem worse because it started leaking in my roof, to release the pressure building up. By the time the other plumber came out, the water was dripping between the cornice into my bathroom.I find him dishonest and unreliable, untrustworthy.Highly DO NOT recommend.
