After they told us they will have quote to repair my DVD player in two days, it's been a week later with 3 phone calls to them,if a quote takes this long imagine the repair time. Spoke to a gentleman he said we will call u by the end ove business, yesterday, Monday. And no call. So guys please this company is really useless and doesn't care about your time or your goods. Will NEVER use them for anything again.
