Posh Puppies

This was by far the worst place to take your dog, I went there asking them to neaten my dogs hair and when I picked her 3 hours later she was completely shaven, not even neatly, her hair looked worse than when I took her there and she had marks on her skin. To anyone wanting to go there I suggest other wise, you better of cutting the dogs hair yourself.

I have a 6 month old pekingese. She was completely traumatized aft visiting posh puppies"..they also forgot to clip her nails and she was still dirty like they didn't even bath her..took her back the lady insisted they gave her bath. Wanted a summer cut ..but got mostly patches..they got no passion for dogs... .never again will she be visiting this place"

Kodak and Tommy our 5 month old GSD puppies were in need of grooming...came out looking sparkling..reasonable prices for good service ..thank you team..

This was by far the worse place. The owner is not patient or helpful . She locked her staff in the store with our pets and then wen we ho to fetch our pet they locked in . Try calling her multiple times she blames her staff who had no keys . She had such a bad tone . Only wen I told her we will break the locks did she actually arrive. There were other clients waiting outside as well. My boys nails weren't trimmed and she said it could be that my dog didn't allow her what must she do. They didn't deshed or brush him out properly fur every where. My pert was so thirsty as well and no water provided .her reaction to everything was let's blame the staff and the pet and teh owner . It was the worse experience ever

Very unprofessional service.would never recommend posh puppies to anyone. Staff works locked inn and with no keys for them to exit.

Excellent service recieved... Took my pup for a bath, owner phoned once we left to check if everything was in order... Top service highly recommend them... Even thd staff is so friendly and helps with a smile.. Thank you guys... Keep up the good work

I have sent my dog to posh puppies for the first time today. I have advised the owner that my dog has growths on his body and advised her to be careful when trimming him. My dog has come home with most of the growth's cut as well as random cuts all over his body, as well as patches of fur removed from his body. I have touched Base with the owner who was extremely rude and non apologetic. My dog is currently disorientated.
