Pedros Phoenix branch poor customer service.... Today I had visitors over so I normally order from Mr D but today of all days decided to call the store and get a family meal delivered to my home... Firstly there lines so bad that I was repeating everything, an telephone ethics of Pedro's staff is pathetic. The lady could not even speak proper English I battle to have a conversation with her in regards to my order an the call kept cutting off. I called 4 times to place my order. Secondly my order was placed at 11.30am an at 13.00 i called the store to query again telephone ethics sucked an there lines are so bad i found myself repeating myself,the lady who answered was rude when i told her im canceling my order because they service is so bad she said ok an dropped the call,then at 1.30pm my order comes 2 hours later. I asked the driver to please leave cause I canceled telephonically an the lady dropped the call while I was talking. He noded his head in disappointment an said nobody told him i canceled then he left. If there service is so poor I can only imagine the quality of their food is because I don't order from this branch.... #PATHETIC#

Waiting time to pay for order is too long .It takes forever to get through to place an order over the phone then when you finally get through the lady gets a few details then she cant hear lol.Such a waste of time.Service at the Verulam branch is excellent.

I waited 1hr and 3 min for my take away order , the worst part was there was no communication, when I asked they said no rice , when I asked what the problem was and how much longer , can I cancel no response. I will not order here again your service is below poor .The attitude is putrit on the front line

Ordered online from the Pedros App for delivery. Received a notification that the food will be delivered in 1 hour. 1 Hour had passed and still no delivery, my husband and I received our food 2 hours later. We had called the store just after the 1 hour was up and was notified that the driver just got to the store at that time and it will be delivered shortly. That was obviously not the case, I live 5 mins away from the plaza and my food was delivered 2 hours later. Staff need to be honest when customers are following up on their orders instead of giving false information.

I often purchase from Pedro's because I enjoy the the food. However, I always have an issue with the professionalism of the Phoenix staff. Female employees have ignored me and or asked me to wait as they flirted with male customers. This has occurred on more than one occasion. Today, I called in an placed my order. I arrived 20-30 minutes later to pick up and I was told they will need 10 minutes. I guess they hadn't processed my order. Such an inconvenience.

The service was good even the cashier sizakele was so friendly i will love to din in again next time in phoenix plaza

This pathetic restaurant is not worth the 1 star that is given. Appalling customer service, even by the manager!! Waiting 2 and a half hours for a delivery and they have a don't care attitude. It is 8:45 pm, they close at 9 pm so I'd love to see how the order reaches me. NEVER AGAIN will I ever order from this terrible place.

I’m so disappointed order full chicken and rolls at 18:45 was told it would take 2hrs to be delivered, which I felt was a long wait but still agreed to wait. At 9 I called the store to check on my order and was informed it was out for delivery. An hour later I’ve called the store and was informed that all order left the store ages ago so I should have received it by now. it is now 21:45 my kids have not eaten, waiting for a call back from the lady at the store who said she will call me back when she has located the delivery guy. I am so disgusted by the services it’s ridiculous. I live just 5min away from the phoenix plaza but having to wait for so long. The store closes at 10:30 it is now 10:15 and still no food delivered and no call feedback from the store.

I had an issue with my Chicken paella I ordered mild but it was very hot I phoned the store at Phoenix Plaza shared my dissatisfaction and a guy by the name of Vusi was kind enough to hear me out. Today I took my paella and was assisted by Gerald the store manager who gladly assisted me with the correct mild paella. The kitchen staff guy that prepared did an excellent job.Thank you very much

Worst place to order food. pathetic if I must say. it is not worth the 1 star that we are forced to give. On the 06th June 2023. we placed our order at 17:09 only to receive a cold meal at 19:40. The large rice that we ordered was not even enough to calla small portion. we spend more money on airtime to phone and check on our order and get the stupid machine majority of the time. We ordered again on the 08 June 2023 at 17:20 , we phoned the store numerous times and was advised that the meal was ready for delivery. Received a call from the store at 19:27 to confirm our order and to find out is we still want it delivered. close that useless branch , maybe something else can open that will be more efficient and organised. This branch is just a waste of space at the Phoenix plaza.
