When you don't want the breast they tell you that you cannot choose your own meat, which is weird because every chicken licken I can choose what meat I want to eat an I hate the breast because it's just white meat which chokes me and it's not fair because I have a right to choose as a customer.. Zero stars

I oredered online and I got there 15 minutes later after my food was promised to be ready by 13:15 I got there @ 13:30 my food was not ready. Waited by the parking by and I had to back inside the store to require I got my order just sitting and when I get to the car I doubled check and my order was incomplete went back again and not even a sorry sir Mxm I left the premises by 13:55

The service is bad it's like we forced the worker to come work at that chicken shack. Whuu shame and they are women shame on that place sidlala ngey'mali zethu when they feel like putting a lot of salt they do shame this was my last.

Service can be slow at times and some of their employees don't have customer care, they look tired very early in the morning. When your enquire about the slow service at times, distorted attitude is what you get.

They out of this world here... more to say , betta you come and see for yourself. Awesome for us deliveries and eaters as well...... went there at night one day needing something to eat but service I got even though they were closed , eish . Guys I luv u a lot without any pressure or prejudice......Best eatery I've been to since 2017 up till today
