I would highly recommend using Rawson - everything is done online which makes the application process so much easier - My agent was Manie Vollgraaff and he kept me updated throughout the entire application process before I could even ask a question it was already answered, he did a proper and professional incoming inspection. I’ve since moved into the property and Manie has still been helpful with arranging maintenance and keeping me up to date - Rawson also has a great maintenance team. 10/10 would recommend!

My property was advertised by Franette from Rawson, very lovely lady and worked professionally. She managed to get three buyers less than a month. One of them offered full price. Unfortunately in the last minutes due to certains circumstances, I decided not to go ahead with selling my house rather to make it rental. I fully recommending her from anyone who wants to sell their properties.

I have something that needs to be said, Manie and Janine have been assisting me and my family to rent a beautiful home, and wow, they are absolutely amazing. They have gone above and beyond to help us secure the home we want to rent, they were friendly, professional, kind and helped make a stressful situation a smooth and relaxed process. A big thank you to these two, especially Manie who dealt with me on an almost daily basis and always answered all my millions of questions. You guys really did an amazing job.

Getting your deposit back should not be a hassle. 17 days later I am still enquiring on info regarding my deposit. No feedback or progress. Just a whole lot of forwarding emails to one another without any update.Update: they’ve decided to keepR1000 from my deposit post inspection. For a broken door hinge (R40 at Builders) and cleaning ( est R300 for bachelor apartment). Thievery honestly because all these estimated costs don’t even make sense. Will see if they pay the balance post maintenance.This agency needs to be reported. There’s no way they are getting away with this. Not on my watch.I will complain even about R10. Not in this economic climate.

So far my experience with Rawson has been thee most horrible, Emails are being ignored, I moved into a unit that needs maintenance and days later they have not given feedback though after several follows done, Im being told not to stress" meanwhile I am unable to shower
