Terrible service! Waited so long for someone to serve me at the bakery section as well as the meat section. On top of that the staff are unfriendly.

Be careful in this store. The prices displayed on the shelves are not the same as charged by cashier. It happens way too often in this store.

This an awful Pick and Pay. Their prices are more than Checkers. They are under staffed, one always have to wait for staff to help, some of the staff is also extremely rude. They have expired items on the shelf. They don't care about their customers, because they have the monopoly in Melkbosstrand. I won't shop there ever again, even if I am desperate

WORST SERVICE EVER - no staff avail 30 min b4 closing and MAJORITY OF TIME staff on CELL PHONES standing around corners and when u ask for help the get rude and chreky - SHAMR ON U no wonder companies CLOSING !!!!!

Service is appalling. No sense of urgency when servicing customers at the Deli & Bakery, in fact, mostly there is no one serving at these points.I avoid going there as much as possible.

Trying to get over the shock, went to Pick n Pay Melkbos yesterday and had a look at their fruit and vegs. Unbelievable they are charging for a punnet of 500g grapes R59.99. Is this possible?? I bought the same at Spar Sunningdale for R19.99 and Fruit Lovers Market grapes are going 3 for R50.00. This shop is over priced and they need to check their prices!!!!!

Just bought 2 x 2lt ice cream special @ R49 each...opened 1 and found as if ice cream had melted and was re-frozen...I am putting this up because I have had 3 x bad experiences in the last 2 weeks..bad (rotten smell )beef at their deli...2 x oven cleaners only sprayed liquid not foam...selling old stock???Will not shop Pnp Melkies again!!.
