I really like this car wash. I brought my Audi car & BMW SUV here. Glory (the manager) and his crew did a great job! I recommend this car wash!

Extremely poor service delivery. My vehicle's roof was not sufficiently dried off, the roof rack was not even attempted to be cleaned or wiped off (Still full of bugs and dirt). The staff also display very poor listening skills and lack serious respect for a clients vehicle. 100% will not reccomend.

Must say I am highly disappointed with this carwash. I dropped car off at 2:30PM on Saturday where I had asked how long it would take for a was and Leather treatment, the answer 1H30, at 4PM I went to fetch my car which was not cleaned properly or ready for collection. at 5PM the car was ready" still had dirty spots

After the car being at the car wash for almost an hour and half (told it will take maximum one hour), I was extremely disappointed to see how dirty the car was still on the outside. It is very clear that after the car exited the wash bay it stood there and the exterior got dry without being wiped down properly...no polish needed, once I got home I could wipe it away with a wet cloth...clearly some of the cars who arrived after us, got the attention - as some of them had already left by the time we got back to collect ours. And then to top it all off a very unsatisfactory response by the Manager - will not be going back!

So cheap and so quick! My car was done in less than 20 minutes and looked brand new! They were able to take me just before closing and did a fantastic job!

Was happy to see their rain insurance, but I will not use this car wash again! When I got back to my car after 2 hours, I found the car still dirty, like it was sprayed only (looked like they used a normal hose rather than a pressure hose) when I inquired as to whether they washed the car or not - the guy said that it needs to be machine polished. The guy I asked about the car, and I was able to take their chamois and wipe out the dirt as well as the water line marks all around the car. So, I spent the next few minutes wiping my own car at the car wash.
