Bought brake discs and shoes for them.Vin number of the vehicle where given.Wrong shoes where supplies.When returned after we where unable to install them they charge a handling fee of 20 %

Super helpful staff and had all the parts I was looking for for a 2007 vehicle. It was only basic service parts but the AutoZone next door had none of it.. including spark plugs and at least a GUD oil filter. Not sure how OEM it is but all works well enough

Please all owners that has a hyundai accent 1997 model 1.3 or 1.5 don't purchase a ignition switch from them the switch itself is faulty and they refuse to take it back. I bought one today the ignition lights come on but it does not start the car .

Excellent service, they just need to think about their returning policy... I once bought part but I had to return it as same day, but the owner told about policy which charges you... but when its their mistake its just apologies.. but besides their are not bad at all specially front salesman is excellent..

Don't use these guys. They break SA consumer laws. On a Tuesday, I purchased 2 wheel bearings and hubs. The parts were installed by a reputable business in the same complex as these thugs. By Thursday, the same week, the right bearing started grinding and the left bearing completely failed. My car war returned to the workshop that installed the bearing and I was informed of the damage on the brand new parts that had not done 100KM yet. I went to Korean Auto Parts to ask about warranty replacement and I was immediately shot down and told that it was bad install and not their parts. They flat out refuse to honor warranty, 3 days after purchase. I was in the process of buying other parts from them when this happened. I have deleted their contacts from my phone and will NEVER use these thugs again. I have also compiled a report against the company for contravening the SA Consumer Protection Act.UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE - That's not how it works! You are supposed to replace the faulty goods but since I had to buy replacements, I got them elsewhere!! Therefore I will accept nothing but a full refund!

This people are crooks, they give me wrong starter, came back to say it’s the wrong one. Nope after 2 days starter broken, a professional mechanical came to confirm and don’t want to give me an other one …im going to suit them with no dough.

Kind service & they had stock of what I need. Also it was much cheaper than the dealerships. Parts are holding up! Great alternative if you have Hyundai car.
