So disappointed in this branches services. I am on holiday in the area. Waited for 12 minutes for someone to help me with ordering balloons.. asked 2 different employees still no assistance. And the sad part is the manager was sitting not even 3metres from me and didn't do anything to assists. Ce la vie there is Yolo party shop not to far from them. Why bother having a service if u can't render it

This is my most liked shopping spot. A range of tackle to choose from and I always walk out with more than I came for...good quality bait and accessories. Great service on the day and after sale.

This store has everything that you could possibly need for your home in terms of cleaning materials, plasticware, crockery, cutlery, and a very wide selection of sweets. There is also a section for aspiring bakers and confectioners containing everything from disposable piping bags to cake boxes. it's definitely the place to go.

Wow Westpack Ballito have such a variety of homeware and snack type products. Well priced. Easy parking at Odyssey Retail Centre Ballito. Always a pleasure going there and avoiding big mall traffic.

They have a bit of nearly everything. I think it's somewhere between a supermarket and a cash and carry, the only edible stuff are fruit nits and sweets mostly. But for catering, packing and a get alot under one roof they do well.
