Mr Price Secunda Mall

The worst mr price ever !!!!! Staff is slow been in my pic you can see how frustrated other customers are.

This is one of the worst Mr Price stores I have been into. My daughter needed to exchange something. She had a valid till slip, but had to leave the parcel at security and wait in a very long queue. When she eventually got to the front, the lady started helping her and then started talking to another customer at the same time. When my daughter asked her to finish helping her first, she became very rude and said that she was multi tasking! Then they had to wait for the security guy to bring the parcel and he was walking at a speed slower than a turtle. This was counter productive and kept everybody waiting in the queue. I really hope management can sort this out because this kind of service is unacceptable!

Nice for latest fashion between Mr price and Mr price sport.

8 tills, only one working and the que is just growing, few employees just standing and chatting. The person who should help people who want yo pay with card is also just standing with the scanner and not helping people. Management needs to do something about their staff

Crowed and unorganized

Power is back on. All shops are open. And look at this shop. Taking their own time. No notice, none whatsoever. Staff are sitting around, waiting for better days to come. Power came back on at 11..... so, what's the problem?! Ridiculous. We have been standing and waiting. It's almost quarter to 12. Can somebody explain what's the reason? A logic one please.

One of my favourite shops in Secunda Mall. Good service, very helpful to those guys who works there.
