BHT Glass & Aluminium

Not very impressed at all. No visible signage outside. Had to stop and ask around. Once inside at 12h00 was told that the staff on lunch and I should come back at 13h00. Came back at 13h10 and still had to wait until 13h30 for my order of a mirror. Product is fine but service is awful.

The building contractor used BHT Glass & Aluminium for all windows & doors on our home. Upon our inspection of the shocking installation (leaking - no doors windows were sealed - and our stacking doors not opening) we attempted to get BHT to attend to the issues. Unfortunately this was an extremely long and frustrating endeavour - after having to escalate to the company owner the issues were eventually looked at - unfortunately only the majority of the issues were resolved - our doors still do not open correctly - all further attempts to have our doors attended to are fruitless.My recommendation : If you wish to have good quality products and installation with after sales customer service - look elsewhere - We are looking to enclose the patio now (installing additional doors/windows) and will definitely not use BHT Glass & Aluminium for this.
