I generally dislike it when I - (as a customer) am made to feel as if I have to beg to get MY money back! I don't understand how a simple refund for items that were not suitable can take almost a week from Core Pack. Items that were returned and accepted in their original, unused condition. I won't be buying from this shop again. The service is pathetic. In fact, had I known how much of a struggle it would be to deal with them - I wouldn't have in the first place. Will gladly pick another company over them for all future supplies.

Omw, I ordered from corepak for the first time and it was a wonderful, stress free experience. I placed my order online, paid, got emails regarding my order and then it was delivered. Hassle-free. I also want to thank Tania for the beautiful words, it may not seem like much, but it was very thoughtful. Will definitely order again.

The stock holding was awesome, the staff member on the floor was so helpful. The two young women at the till were abrupt and had a bad attitude, felt like I was interrupting their working day...they couldn't wait to box me" and send me out of the door."
