Dsv Distribution Nelspruit

Third time this year I was suppose to receive a parcel via DSV.Three times late or parcel lost in system. Had to drive to their offices to collect. Please try to phone them - very fortunate if you can get through. Disappointed at best.

It's not a courier complaint per se. My life was endangered by the reckless driving of one of the vehicles passing by, in February this year. After having phoned a few times a week for 4 weeks to request an investigation into the situation, I was actually asked if I was sure it was even a DSV vehicle. Of course I noticed which vehicle it was since they nearly caused a fatal accident due to ignoring rules of the road in their haste to 'deliver on time'. The person who I corresponded with was a local manager by the name of Oscar. My complaint about bad driving was not taken seriously at all, which is extremely frustrating and aggravating since the driver could have caused my triplets to lose me as their mother. I would hate to imagine would have happened if my girls were with me in the car. Not only did the driver overtake on the left (shoulder, yellow lane) of the oncoming traffic, but they also sped through an intersection after the traffic loght was already red. I was waiting to turn right when all of a sudden the DSV driver was crossing the intersection in the wrong place at the wrong time. I am disgusted in the lack of consideration for others on the road by said driver, not to mention the ignorance of this serious matter and just shoving it under the proverbial carpet. I will tell anyone I know about this situation so that the same thing doesn't happen to someone else on the road.

Its been two weeks now and still have not receive my parcel, and don't bother to contact them they won't pick up. very very poor service. Ngiyatisola

These guys has a very poor service I never see in this world, how possible is I call from 9 in the morning until 11.30 no one is answering and after answering they never help me coz the person who should help is not answering

Very, very poor service to say the least! It took 9 days to received an A4 envelope from Pretoria. I was then billed incorrectly for two other parcels that were not even related to my business. Unpleasant experience!!

DSV will lose alot of clients as long their drivers don't see the importance of delivering parcels on time or as promised.My parcel has been returning to the warehouse for the 2nd time in 2 consecutive days with a reason of Delivery Failed Insufficient Time" on the system

What is the purpose of a courier service if it takes them almost 2 weeks to deliver items? I understand it’s over the festive season, but still! To make it even more frustrating is receiving numerous missed calls from them. When I phoned back, they wanted me to direct them to my address. What happened to the use of GPS’s ??? I hope I never have to use DSV ever again. A Totally incompetent bunch of people! Thank goodness there are numerous other courier services to choose from.

Most incompetent courier service! On the 25th of April my package was out for delivery, it was logged as unsuccessful because receiver aparently not available which is nonsense been at the address whole day, 26th went out again logged yet again failed road delay, 28th out yet again and yet again unsuccessful and logged receiver not available which yet again BS as I was here whole day. Totally useless

Parcel marked as “Customer unavailable for final delivery”No attempt to call, or even notify us.

We courier equipment through DSV on a weekly basis.I understand that there are certain protocols due to Covid-19, but for the Security Staff to be rude and refusing access onto the premises because he doesn't recognise the vehicle?All response we get is What do you want here?"Completely unacceptable"
